The Full Story
Hello from Kayla and Josh Geske, owners of Next Level Properties. We are LOCAL to the Arkansas River Valley and specialize in corporate housing. Our company was established in 2020 at the start of the COVID pandemic, and after we overcame this adversity, we started by buying one property at a time. Initially our focus was on providing housing for long-term tenants. However, as we learned how to renovate and design a property, we began to enjoy the creative process of building a warm inviting place for travelers. Our first property that was renovated with corporate travelers specifically in mind was a guest favorite, and we soon learned that we truly enjoyed the hospitality part of the business as well. From then on, we knew that our passion would be corporate housing and providing this need for our community. Our core values focus on integrity with a commitment to honesty, transparency, and ethical behavior in all dealings; customer centricity of putting customers' needs first and striving to exceed their expectations, and quality by delivering excellence in products, services, and customer experiences.

"Hi! I’m Kayla! I am thrilled to introduce myself and share our goal of creating a safe and relaxing environment for traveling professionals. My husband, Josh, and I cater to traveling healthcare professionals, military personnel, families who are building a home, etc. We strive for a stress-free experience that is conscious of your time so that you can focus your energy on doing the things you love. We supply furnished homes in Fort Smith and Alma. I also provide host management services for several furnished homes in Little Rock.
"I am from Conway, Arkansas and now live not far away with my family in Alma. Josh is from Lavaca which is a rural area to Fort Smith. We live with our kids in Alma and both work in Fort Smith which is just 30 minutes away. We know the city well and are excited to share it with you! We have a strong network in our local area and will be able to take care of your needs effectively and efficiently.
"I work part-time as an occupational therapist and love helping my patients achieve success in their goals. For fun, I like to enjoy the Natural State and all its beauty especially through hiking and golfing at local courses. In fact, we live on the beautiful Eagle Crest golf course and would love for you to come check out the course with its gorgeous vistas and rolling hills.
